Energy

I have been thinking about energy and the role it plays in our lives. While we all have different energy levels, I do believe that we can all be more successful, productive and better able to focus if we paid attention to our bodies and the energy we give it. 

1. Give your body and mind plenty of sleep to recover and renew

2. View your food as the fuel you need to do what you need to do

3. Give yourself the mental and physical breaks to recharge.

Having the discipline and foresight to give your body and mind what it needs to function will actually increase your energy and will allow you to be more productive during those times when you really need to cram more than seems possible into a day or you really just need some recharging time to gear up for the busy days coming up in your life. Be kind to yourself. It's what successful people do.
