Make Your Day Top-Heavy

When you start your day, do the worst stuff first. You can make your day "top-heavy" by getting that one task that you dread more than anything else out of the way early. 
Once you do that, the rest of the day feels easy. 

I personally hate making phone calls - I often will set an alarm for whatever time the place opens to call right away. If I deal with it at 8 or 9am, then it is over and I can move on without looking at the same taks all day and feeling a rise in my blood pressure each time that horrible task stays on my list. 
Whatever it is that you dread most, get it over with as soon as possible. You will notice a difference!
